Each session will begin with communication, giving you a chance to ask questions, and share information. A combination of energy and sound healing modalities are used to cleanse, align and harmonize your energetic field and energy centers. Sound is incorporated via tuning forks and/or bowls. Working through various frequencies around and on specific body parts promotes relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system rebalancing.
